Most insulin pumps are not completely waterproof so this case allows the user to bathe swim or paddle with peace of mind. The case comes with full instructions provided! You’ll be able to use all the buttons and features while it’s protected from water, dust, dirt and sand. 

The Aquapac Waterproof Insulin Pump Case is designed to protect your pump during daily life and water-based activities — including showering, bathing, and IPX6 protection from water [water sprayed by jets at all angles].

The new Mini case fits Medtronic pumps 640, 670, and 780, as well as T:slim and Ypsomed pumps.

But can I swim with it?
Although it’s not designated as Submersible we have had reports from many, many users that in practice they or their children have enjoyed swimming with our cases with no problem whatsoever (the vast majority of our customers have bought the case for their children). We are talking here about splashing around in the pool or the sea, but we are NOT talking about endurance/long-distance swimming. Our testing shows that the TC clamp will let a tiny amount of water in after a period of total immersion. So the best advice we can give is to wear it in the small of your back if you’re swimming on your front, and on your tummy if you’re swimming on your back, so that it spends as little time submerged as possible.

The Aquapac comes with a removable belt, and high-frequency welded seams to form a super-strong bond.
